Welcome.  By placing an order, you agree to these terms.

• Collection Only: all items must be collected from our site.  We do not offer delivery.

• Ordering: please double-check your order.  We are not responsible for errors made by customer.

• Payment: payment is required when you place/collect your order.

• Refunds & Exchanges: only defective or incorrect items can be refunded or exchanged.  Change of mind, sale items or personalised products are non-refundable.  Report any issues at the time of collection

• Collection: collect your items within 7 days of confirmation.  Bring your order confirmation and valid ID.

• Product Availability: we aim to keep stock accurate, but items may occassionally be unavailable.  You will be notified and refunded if necessary.
